Gail is a native of Philadelphia, PA and relocated to Prince George’s County Maryland in 1994. Shortly after selling her home in Philadelphia, she suddenly became intrigued with working in the real estate industry. In 1998 she fulfilled that aspiration and obtained a Maryland real estate license. Much later in her career Gail obtained a license to work as a Realtor® in the District of Columbia. Gail always had a deep desire to help and serve people and what better way to share that gift than to assist buyers, sellers, investors and renters with achieving their real estate goals. It is such an invigorating experience to guide clients through the real estate transaction and share their joy at the end of the process. Additionally, Gail enjoys the variety that a career in real estate affords and she eagerly looks forward to opportunities to learn new skills – whether it is innovative technology or methods to better serve her clients.
Gail earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management; both from the University of Maryland University Collage. For a portion of her real estate career Gail also worked at Verizon Communications in various positions until 2010 when she retired. The time spent at Verizon laid a solid foundation in areas such as customer service, managing projects, computer technology and paying close attention to details.
To better serve the military community; Gail completed the necessary course work to become a Military Relocation Professional. Furthermore, she is an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP).
