My name is Lisa M. Williams, and I was born and raised in the heart of the Nation's Capital, Washington, DC. I also attended grade and secondary school in the district where I maintained a 3.5 GPA throughout my school's career. At the tender age of 14 years old, I earned my very first job and I have diligently maintained one ever since. Shortly after graduating High School, I worked for the Library of Congress as an Material Handler, until I found a position at the US Holocaust Memorial Museum as an Administrative Clerk which more closely aligned me with my career goals. During my 9 year tenure with the Holocaust Museum, I discovered my passion for interfacing and working closely with customers. I would interface with customers on a daily and consistent basis which often times lead me to developing profound business relationships. I have a passion for customer service and enjoy every aspect of it, in addition to my love for assisting persons with their retail needs I also enjoy writing, reading, baking, planning kids functions and learning more about Real Estate.
My career in Real Estate is in its infant stages, however, I am not new to the customer service aspect of Real Estate which is what drew me to the industry. During my career path, I discovered my knack for wanting to assist people and families with finding a home using my real estate expertise. My mission statement from the beginning has always been grounded on “Helping individuals and families to find a home they love that financially works for them”. No transaction is too small and no transaction is too big that I am inept to handle. No matter the circumstance I am able to address the needs of the customer every step of the way in their real estate transaction. I have over 15 years of experience in the customer service industry and I pride myself on providing nothing less than exemplary service.
