Is the Glass Half Empty or Full?
Today, let's go out and get what we came for. If you want listings, pick up your phone and cold call; knock on some doors - it's going to be 89 degrees and sunny today! If you want some buyers, ask for them on social media; contact your lender and ask who they have in their pipeline with your name on it. If you want sponsors, reach out to all of the agents you've closed deals with in the past year and invite them out for coffee and chat about the Exit Elite Experience...
This is a season for massive action. Massive action yields massive results. Take an inventory of what you have in your pipeline. Follow up with buyers who may need to regroup on their home search. Check in with your sellers to give them updates about their listings (and make sure you're updating your listings in MRIS to keep them in compliance so that you're not getting fined). Write daily affirmations and speak your goals into existence. Here's a great quote to chew on for today:
"While you were debating if the glass was empty or full...I SOLD IT"
