Who Helps You? You can't do it all by yourself in this business. Leverage is key. Leverage can be a person/team or systems that you put in place to keep you on task.

 
What Heightens You? You must remain mentally engaged and cling to whatever keeps you motivated and inspired. Maybe it's your kids, maybe it's writing daily affirmations, maybe it's listening to Les Brown as soon as you wake up in the morning. Whatever heightens your level of commitment to being a successful, top-producing agent, plug into it every single day without fail!

 
What Hurdles You? Recognizing your strengths is good but recognizing your weaknesses is great! Figure out what you're not good at and then get help! Do the things that you do well and delegate everything else (or take the time to learn how to do it effectively).
 
 
Who Handles You? Sometimes, we let our egos get in the way so be sure to have an accountability partner who will "keep it real" with you. Humility goes a long way and sometimes, we must be brought back down to earth before we can get to the next level. Accountability is essential!

 
Who Hates You? Hate is such a strong word but unfortunately, with success comes a lot of jealousy. Never go pound for pound with a person who doesn't want to see you evolve. Instead, kill them with success!!!
