Go Hard Or Go Home
We've all heard the saying "Go Hard Or Go Home" right? Have you ever taken the time to examine what that means?
In a nutshell, we have to give it our all or we may as well quit. Isn't it true that we reap what we sow? If we put in half of the effort, we get half of the results. If we prospect for one week in June, we can't expect to get new clients in November from that minimal effort. If we attend the Craig Proctor training for 2 days and we don't follow up and put the systems in place that we paid for, we can't expect to close 10 deals in December. If we start farming a community next week, we can't expect to get 5 listings by Labor Day and decide to stop farming if we don't. All this means is that consistency is mandatory. The results will come as long as we don't quit.
Be transparent with yourself today. You're the only one who knows if you're really "going hard" or not. Let's face it, maintaining a career in real estate is very expensive if you're not making money. But if you make a decision that you're not going to quit until you get what you came for, it's possible to be a successful Realtor in any market. Les Brown says "It's Not Over Until You Win". You're either a winner or you're a quitter. Take some time to listen to this and make a commitment to "go hard" for real estate.
