Readers Are Leaders...
With so much technology around us, it's hard to just sit back, relax and read a good book. We get into these habits of emailing this, posting that and texting this & that! Don't get me wrong, our society and our line of work requires constant connection, especially if we want to reach the Millennial Generation who basically text in their sleep. But, we must realize the value in sitting still and enjoying a good book.
If you really want to grow your business, you have to be a student of the game. Being a student requires that you read. In addition to staying on top of industry trends, we have to get back to basics as well - knowing the fundamentals is key! Here are a few good reads that will keep you connected to the business:

Start by making a goal to read 10 pages per day. You will be surprised by how reading makes you more productive. If you want to be at the top, you have to do what the top producers do. Remember, SUCCESS LEAVES CLUES!
